I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.

Seeking help is hard! I meet people where they are at. I value the therapist-client relationship, and work really hard to establish and maintain a trusting relationship. I use evidence-based practices to inform the work that we do.
