My treatment methods are designed for each client. I use CBT, Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Buddhist Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR.

This is a group practice and we all have a casual, warm, comfy, easy going demeanor- sometimes we may even curse during sessions ;) We utilize evidence based interventions in a relaxed, Telehealth atmosphere. Leggings, dogs and babies are welcome!
