My approach is collaborative, holistic, and culturally-responsive. Sessions usually integrate strengths-based and trauma-focused therapy to help process former and current experiences.

I use Trauma informed lens and techniques. Oftentimes we tend to focus on the behaviors that each of us present. However, It is critical that we address the trauma that's underlying the behaviors. "WHAT has happen to US, rather than asking WHY.
