Most clients see positive change or a gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and then sustained change after that. My approach is intentionally and thoughtfully designed for each client.

I do not pathologize clients symptoms from lived experiences. I do not diagnosis. To be truly trauma-informed one must accept diagnosis is pathologizing another's lived experience. I believe symptoms are evidence of the impact experiences have caused
