I aim to create a safe, collaborative and judgement-free space to address your needs. Therapeutic approaches utilized are based on your journey and may include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and ACT.

I am passionate about learning new techniques and tailor therapy to the individual. I focus on mindfulness and will work with you to identify past issues affecting your life today, and create strategies to decrease their effects on daily life.

If you are looking for a therapist with a blank, neutral face who gives an occasional "mhm" while you vent for 50 minutes, I'm not your guy. I think if you're doing therapy right, it is not going to be easy. Sometimes we have to hurt to heal.

I know starting therapy isn't easy so I try to make it as comfortable as possible by being supportive and validating while you share your story. Then we will work together to determine your priorities and make sure we are on the same page.
