I like to learn as much as I can about my clients and come up with treatment goals collaboratively. I focus on strengths and small steps towards change. I am trained in CBT and I weave in mindfulness, coaching, and positive psychology.

My approach to psychotherapy begins with building a therapeutic relationship. I believe that if the client and therapist do not feel good about working together and/or are not on the same page, then therapy is not likely to be effective.
