I come from a trauma-informed background so I allowed you to lead when working through something that may feel uncomfortable or difficult. I also do my best to provide a space where you feel heard and validated in what you’re feeling.
Explore what you are experiencing, how you want to feel, and what is holding you back from moving forward. We will then work on a practical plan working on one step at a time to help you experience your full potential.

I work with you to find solutions and empower you to be confident in your own life choices. You are the expert in your own life and I will act as your guide to help you realize how capable you truly are.
We will collaborate to identify and work towards the changes you want to see, brainstorm ways to overcome patterns you feel stuck in, and support you in gaining the insight needed for progress. We will identify and celebrate each moment of progress.

My therapeutic approach is relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I bring empathy, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach to the therapy space. I use a holistic perspective to the work that allows for shared exploration.
We'll talk about any and all experiences that provoke feeling for you: relationships, fears, the past, the future, death, and/or the book you're reading. I want to know what matters to you.

I invite a lot of feedback on how you're experiencing therapy. This helps you practice direct communication, learn about what's happening for you in other relationships that goes unspoken, and helps make therapy more effective for you.
I will provide you with a caring and supportive environment where you can learn to rewire negative thoughts and develop a mindset like Christ. Through prayer, worship, mindfulness, and meditation, we will work together to achieve your unique long and short-term goals. By exploring your talents and strengths, we will optimize your quality of life. Remember, two heads are better than one.
