My work is emotion-focused and considers how early life experiences impact how you view your current relationships with yourself and others. I use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to individualize therapy for each client.

Some therapists just sit and listen or ask how your week is going, but I'm going to engage you and we'll develop plans and you'll have work to do on your own to help you heal. This isn't just talk therapy. You're going to learn new skills with me.
