I run an adherent DBT program with all modes of DBT. We also do CBT, EMDR for Trauma and we are LGBTQIA+ affirming.

After determining the goals and individual needs of the client, we will discuss the treatment modality that fits best. I use various modalities such as CBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy.
