Vulnerability can feel overwhelming, uncharted, or even threatening. I believe it's also hopeful. I use an integrated, holistic approach to foster connection and safety while empowering clients to discover emotional regulation and healing.

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Client-Centered and CBT, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client. I provide Christian Counseling for those who wish to integrate their Christian faith into therapy.

While I do make this a welcoming environment I will challenge my clients time to time. We all struggle with negative thoughts at times and I try to point these out when I see them in my clients. I give "homework" to practice outside of session.
