Whats Up (D)anger?
What if you learned to control the anger that has been steering your life? What if you were able to express your anger in a productive manner? What if you were able to express emotions and cope with stressful situations? What will life be like? What will you accomplish?
Anger Management is a limited group that meets for a total of 12 sessions and each participant that successfully completes the course receives a certificate of completion.
