Thoughts Are Not Facts

1 minute Written by Sonia Hopkins

Now this could be positive or negative right?

If we treat our positive thoughts as fact, we can begin to embody these qualities and turn it into reality. It may give us a sense of confidence to do the things we want to do.

If we treat our negative thoughts as fact, this can either motivate us or (what often happens) is we tend to get supercritical and our reality becomes that of someone who is unhappy with themselves.

If your thoughts concern others, the best idea is to communicate these thoughts so that you can figure out what is true and what is not.

What are you thinking today? What story is playing in your head? ❤️
