I have an eclectic approach because everyone is different - I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Talk Therapy, & Motivational Interviewing.

I have spent the past 15 years working in intensive treatment settings (eating disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression and related-disorders). I incorporate DBT, IFS-informed, polyvagal theory and psychodynamic approaches.
