This is a group practice and we all have a casual, warm, comfy, easy going demeanor- sometimes we may even curse during sessions ;) We utilize evidence based interventions in a relaxed, Telehealth atmosphere. Leggings, dogs and babies are welcome!

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is a therapy that helps you better understand and make change to your thoughts and behaviors. In addition, I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to help with psychological flexibility.

I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.
