My experience as a wilderness therapist has taught me the immense power of relationships- relationships with ourselves, our significant others, and with nature- for personal growth and self-actualization. Relationships are everything!

My counseling style combines evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive-behavioral therapy Behavior therapy, Client-centered therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP),motivational interviewing and trauma informed care.
We'll explore how your behaviors may be serving you, examine factors that influence these behaviors, and help you understand yourself better so that we can change what's not working. We'll heal old pain, and invite in new qualities of behaving.
