I utilize CBT & ACT Therapy interventions, as well as Motivational Interviewing to assess what drives each person to work toward self-improvement. With couples therapy, I follow the Gottman Method & use a fusion of interventions based on their needs.

I help you understand unhelpful thoughts and how they negatively impact your mental health by practicing mindfulness, showing illustrations and using metaphors. There is a little homework, but it's worth it; practicing mindfulness is very impactful.

My experience comes from 11 years of engaging with suffering and traumatized individuals in many different environments, including the Children, Youth, and Families system, special needs clinics, community mental health, skilled nursing, &,hospitals.
