I view therapy from a trauma-focused lens. I enjoy helping clients move from a place of shame or guilt to one of self-compassion. I am passionate about helping clients that have felt "stuck" in traditional talk therapy settings.

My solution focused approach allows me to work with my clients until they get the outcome they desire. My clients like the collaborative approach of helping them to "do the work".
