Throughout life we are told we have to remain strong and we never get the opportunity to not be the strong one for once. This causes built up anxiety, depression and negative emotions which are then taken out on the ones we love the most.

I try to meet each individual where they are at. That may mean challenging some negative thoughts you may have about yourself or the world or helping you build a set of realistic coping skills to get you where you want to be. Non-judgmental is key.
