I provide evidence-based therapy for helping you to better manage the impact of chronic pain and chronic illness. I use mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, all individually tailored to your unique needs

Often, I choose to use the CBT method, cognitive behavioral therapy. The tools I use help people in therapy evaluate their emotional patterns and states. Techniques include journaling, challenging beliefs, relaxation, and thinking exercises.
We will go over your general history & develop what your goals will be in your treatment plan. After that, sessions are more fluid, where we talk more comfortably. Goals can be updated or changed as we go along, based on what makes sense for you.
