I am an interpersonal therapist, meaning that I believe our relationships are fundamental in shaping our past, present, and future, as well as how we experience ourselves in the world. In working with me, you will be seen as a unique holistic person.
Together we will explore how your emotions, relationships, past trauma or even addiction affect everyday life. We will practice coping skills like grounding techniques, relaxation, exposure therapy, healthy communication and more.
