I work primarily from psychodynamic and family systems perspectives. I believe that our earlier experiences shape us but don't define us. Making sense of these experiences allows us to make changes in the here and now.

I approach each client differently using a person-centered model. I incorporate CBT, DBT and some solution focused strategies to empower clients to make changes I help clients develop healthy coping strategies, manage emotions and identify triggers.
