Challenge limiting beliefs, shift ineffectual behaviors, and build a life. We want to experience moving to a long-term positive relationship with ourselves and others.
I like to create the dynamic of shifting thoughts from judgement language (good vs. bad) to efficacy ("when I thought that it made me feel ineffective"). By removing self-judgment we can become more objective and set ourselves up for success.
Clients are welcome to discuss whatever they would like in a session without fear of judgement.
Clients will learn real life coping skills and ways to experience life to the best of their abilities.
Together, we will address the issues and concerns that brought you to therapy.
I am an integrative therapist, which means I work with both the mind and the body. I use somatic tools, movement and sensory awareness to help your system integrate unprocessed traumas, obstacles or blocks.
