Every individual needs something different since we are all different people, so I do a lot of eclectic therapy to meet the need of the client sitting in front of me whether virtually or in person. I want a client to feel empowered and heard.

I search for the reason instead of treating the symptom. For example, when someone is seeking anger management, I do not only want to work on behavioral changes, but also find what is driving the anger in order to help them heal for lasting change.
