Talk therapy doesn't work longterm, so I use a variety of experiential therapies to get to the root of what is keeping you stuck. I will push you therapeutically in ways you probably haven't experienced previously. This is hard work, but it pays off!

Outside of EMDR therapy I typically use in trauma treatment with my clients, my work is grounded in evidence-based practices of Western psychology, while being heavily influenced by practices that are more characteristic of Eastern philosophies.
