My approach is rooted in neuroscience. I keep up w/ current research & how the brain works. Practices & inquires help move folks toward untangling aspects of the mind, leading to clarity, coherence & stability so they can be more flexible & adaptive.

In our time together, it is not designed to be robotic for a full hour of "well how does that make you feel" but rather "what was your body feeling to identify that feeling was present?" I provide somatic practices coupled with CBT.

My two main personality traits are sarcasm and humor. I know it's important to take therapy seriously, but I also know that humor can be the best medicine. I prefer and eclectic approach to therapy, using what you find most helpful.
