My therapy approach uses techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) , interpersonal therapy (IPT) and person centered therapy with a healing centered , anti-racist and culturally sustaining approach.

My go-to modalities are person-centered, solution focused, strengthen based, motivational and cognitive/dialectical behavior therapy. My education includes a bachelors in criminal justice, a master' in forensic psychology, and master' in social work.
