I work with individuals and families that are struggling with mental health issues. I work with adults with a combination of mental health, addiction and trauma related issues.

In my practice, I specialize in trauma. Your body often carries the greatest burden of the trauma that has happened to you. That’s why my approach to trauma healing is holistic, body-based, and unified.

I specialize in various types of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psycho-Education, Solution-Focused-Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I incorporate art therapy for clients, especially teens and children, who find it easier to express themselves through art.
