I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma. I have 8 years of experience in helping children, families, and couples repair their relationships, heal from emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, and overcome many challenges.

I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy and various types of therapies to assist clients.
