By combining CBT with mindfulness techniques, I can provide hope and relief, leading to a healthier and more balanced state. For clients who have experienced trauma, I also incorporate Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches help clients understand how trauma affects their daily lives and teach them healthy coping skills to minimize its negative effects.
