My focus is to provide a safe place or healing and discovery. Often our instincts tell us there is something off in our lives or that there is more to life, even if we function well in many areas.

We may work in the office, over telehealth or at the barn with my horse Perla, whichever modality serves you best. I am trained in Trauma Focused CBT, changing thinking patterns & behaviors in a limited number of sessions. DBT informed.
