I'm trained in several approaches that can create new insights about yourself or your relationships. I also offer a collaborative approach, which means I will tailor treatment to your specific needs, concerns and challenges.

I treat trauma and anxiety with EMDR, which is an amazing brain-body technique that retrains your brain to relax. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy for depression and anxiety where we replace unhelpful thoughts with appropriate alternatives.

My primary type of therapy is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing which is a process for helping people move forward from past hurts, abuse, trauma, and overall life difficulties.
