This is a group practice and we all have a casual, warm, comfy, easy going demeanor- sometimes we may even curse during sessions ;) We utilize evidence based interventions in a relaxed, Telehealth atmosphere. Leggings, dogs and babies are welcome!

My approach is direct while being client driven. I will work as hard as my client in assisting them in identifying the areas of needed improvement. I am trained in EMDR, havening and utilize a psychodynamic approach.
