In my practice, I specialize in trauma. Your body often carries the greatest burden of the trauma that has happened to you. That’s why my approach to trauma healing is holistic, body-based, and unified.

Therapeutically, I utilize models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I am also experienced in Equine Therapy and faith base therapy.
