Every person has the tools to lead a fulfilling life, but those tools are at times temporarily inaccessible due to emotional, situational, and cognitive influences. I want to lead you through the process of identifying such influences removing them.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also use a Trauma Focused approach.
My experience includes but not limited to working with clients with a wide range of concerns: anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, and self-esteem.
My experience includes but not limited to working with clients with a wide range of concerns: anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, and self-esteem.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic, using integrative approaches, such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies. I am client-centered, and our sessions and treatment plan are tailored to address your needs.
Navigate the client’s therapeutic goals and empower the client to be the leader. Clients must feel empowered to lead their journey, using the S.M.A.R.T. model. The expert of my client’s life is the client, who is the independent “fixer” or “expert”.

The eclectic approach draws from multiple theoretical orientations to fit the specific needs of every individual, whose needs may not be resolved using only one approach. Identifying problems, developing plans and creating paths for success is key!
