Together, we will develop and strengthen new, healthier ways to respond (not react) to the external (and your internal) expectations, pressures, and criticisms so that you can more easily (and more often) enjoy life, relationships, and success.

I am trained in several approaches that create new insights, understandings and responses for our thoughts, body, emotions, and relational styles. I will tailor our times to give appropriate attention and care to those parts of us and relationships.
I believe that when someone comes to me for treatment and shares their concerns, I can create a personalized plan to improve their health. It's important for clients to actively participate in the healing process, rather than feeling rushed or talked at. Our treatment approach includes medication, prioritizing sleep, making dietary adjustments, and adopting a healthier lifestyle. By working together and implementing these changes, we can achieve incredible results.

I use standard assessment tools like PHQ-9, GAD-7, and ASRS v1.1 to gather information from the client. I also consider their input and refer to the DSM-5 to make a diagnosis and create a treatment plan.

My approach is integrative, and I can accompany you on any path you choose. I am certified in Trauma Focused-CBT and trained in DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness. Family work explores family dynamics and how generational patterns impact current functioning.
Work together to explore difficulties that you are experiencing in relationships - not only with your partner, family, or friends - but also yourself! My goal is to create a safe space for you to move towards authenticity and self-acceptance.

I start each session with "what is present with you today?". I genuinely care about your wellbeing and want to know how I can support you. We will identify goals, explore current stressors, and work together towards your personal healing journey.
