My practice includes but is not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy for depression/anxiety, Cognitive processing therapy for PTSD/trauma, interpersonal psychotherapy for depression, couples/marriage counseling and addictions.
I really leave it to the client to decide what kinds of themes are explored in the therapy session. We could discuss anything from attachment issues to addiction. The goal is to get you back on track and finding your best self.
