My approach integrates body-mind-spirit, and cultural/social awareness. I use evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness techniques, with talk therapy to explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations.

Life throws so many twists and turns. It’s great to have someone you can talk to in order help sort out all the problems in a nonjudgmental platform. I incorporate trauma informed practices, using elements of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.
