I use a down-to-earth approach to meet clients where they’re at and address life issues. I understand that therapy can be an intimidating and overwhelming process to start, so I try not to overcomplicate things and meet clients on a human level.

My goal for my client's is to meet their goals and be able to progress outside of their sessions. Whether it is to reduce symptoms of anxiety or discover their purpose in life, I will act as a support but always encourage autonomy.
