My approach is individualized. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. In our work together, we explore which tools from each of these approaches would work best for you.

I use a collaborative approach with my clients. I combine aspects of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy for couples, along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with CBT, DBT and Relational Therapy as well.
