I integrate the latest neuroscience into my approach to whole brain wellness. To that end, I'm trained in power therapies like the Gottman method, Biofeedback, and EMDR 2.0 to aid in targeted recovery from emotional and relational traumas.

I believe in a holistic view of counseling, this means that I look at the whole person, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, emotions, spirituality and relationships. When in session, I mainly use techniques from Restoration Therapy, CBT and ACT.
