I like to meet my clients where they are and focus on gentle curiosity, awareness, and decreasing suffering rather than making them feel they need fixing. I believe you know yourself best. My specialities are anxiety and perinatal mood disorders.
I utilize parts work inspired by IFS. Together we will identify internal parts, and allow them the space to be heard. Once heard, we can offer those parts new roles, updates and even some compassion. (Not the same old talk therapy!)
