I am drawn to experiential approaches which means focusing on what’s happening in session in the present space and time as a way to address “old stuff”. I offer EMDR as one way to do this work.

I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, however I base my approach on the Rogerian Principals of; empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence. These principals are the foundations for building honest rapport.
