I enjoy working with different approaches of therapy, based off what a person needs. I have training in mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and MBCT. I will follow the client's lead and focus on getting to the root of the problem and assist in healing.

I have worked with clients in severe emotional distress, and also with clients who just feel a need to "find a new path forward". Many of my clients are survivors of trauma, dealing with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, or grief.
