My general approach to counseling is systemic, and overall focus is building empowerment in sync with your unique support system. I strive to be genuine during therapy and enjoy listening to, and learning from, the individuals I support.

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use CBT as it helps me and the client build a shared understanding of their reality, and allow us to work together to chart a path forward.
