Your therapy journey is based on you--- not other clients, not what the internet said to do, etc. We adjust to your needs and the path that works for you.

Together we will explore 1) who you are and what needs you have, 2) what holds you back from getting what you're wanting, and 3) how to build a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
