I have a masters in counseling and also psychiatric nursing allowing me to treat the whole person in a holistic manner. This may include therapy and medication/supplements. I believe your healing is nonlinear and curated to each person.

I will receive medication-assisted treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychotropic medication. Group therapy and daily exercise will be part of my treatment plan.
