I incorporate skill-building into my practice using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach you how to handle stressful situations more effectively. I also enjoy having deep conversations about the things that matter to you!

I focus on improving communication and relational connection through a unique use of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman and DBT skill building. I don't just sit back and listen. You can expect active engagement during our sessions.
